What charges are associated with shipping and handling?
All shipments regardless of weight and destination will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95 per package. Express delivery is also available. Please contact our offices at 1-800-474-7683 for information on express delivery and any additional applicable shipping charges.

How Do You Ship?
Our products are shipped in climate controlled trucks to a distribution center near you. Your package is then delivered right to your door by a carrier such as UPS, Federal Express, DHL, or the United States Postal Service.
How long will it take my package to arrive?

What happens if I provide Florida Indian River Groves with the wrong name, address, or zip code of a recipient?
We will make every effort to change the incorrect information prior to your package being sent. However, it is the purchaser's responsibility to insure the accuracy of all addresses submitted. Florida Indian River Groves is not responsible for wrong addresses, wrong names, or wrong zip codes. If your package has already been shipped to an address that you provided incorrectly, Florida Indian River Groves will not reship fruit nor will we refund your money. Please make sure you have a correct address before placing your order. Also, if your party is out of town or has moved, we cannot re-ship the item as perishable fruit cannot withstand reshipping.
